Daily Reports

Daily Report includes clear identification of construction work items, labor, equipment, materials used, job photographs, narratives, quantity calculations, and labor compliance information. The daily reports can be used to prepare force account analysis. It provides excellent word search capability for a potential claim assessment, claims research or for contemporaneous schedule preparation.

  • Photographs are automatically embedded in each daily report, it eliminates countless hours of searching for handwritten reports and job photographs to verify field conditions or disputed work.
  • Provides a consistent format for all diaries, from project-to-project.
  • Daily weather conditions are automatically collected and stored.
  • Adds item quantities which help with reviewing Contractor progress payment requests.

Pay Application

This system offers a convenient and efficient way to manage bid item quantities and facilitate accurate and auditable progress payments.

It enables easy recording and accessibility of bid item quantities, ensuring transparency and accountability. With the capability to generate Monthly Quantity Reports from daily reports, the system simplifies the process of tracking and reporting progress. Furthermore, it automates the generation of Monthly Progress Pay Estimates based on the Quantity Reports, streamlining the payment estimation process. Additionally, the system allows contractors to submit progress pay requests directly through the platform, providing a seamless workflow for payment management.

CMIS offers a comprehensive solution for managing bid item quantities, progress payments, and payment requests in a user-friendly and efficient manner.

Document Control

The contractor, design team and the owner can conveniently review the uploaded documents and provide comments, streamlining the feedback process. Logs are automatically generated and tracked, ensuring a comprehensive record of actions taken within the system. Email notifications are sent to relevant parties based on specific actions, keeping everyone informed and engaged. Additionally, the system allows for the assignment of "Ball in Court" responsibility to users, clarifying accountability and task ownership.

The following documents can be entered into the system and tracked through an approval/response process:
