What this notice covers

This Artificial Intelligence Product Disclaimer applies to CMIS, CMIS Assistant, and related AI-assisted tools or derivative features made available by Construction Management Enterprises, DBA CMIS. Users should only enter information they are authorized to use in CMIS and should avoid adding sensitive, personal, or confidential information unless permitted by their agency, employer, customer agreement, and applicable law.

Model behavior and documentation

AI-assisted features rely on software, prompts, product configuration, available data, and model behavior that may change over time.
